Cold Lake Heritage Plaque Eligibility Criteria This display of Heritage plaques is intended to remind us of the people who made our Military what it is today. It will evoke memories of those of us who cared, as well as those who cared for them.

It will celebrate the people that served their country, both in and out of uniform, in good times and bad. While our Air Park commemorates our flying machines, we also want it to celebrate the people who made them work. Therefore, in recognition of a one-time donation of $160.00 to the Cold Lake Air Force Museum, a unique and memorable Heritage Plaque will be place on a dedicated wall in the Museum that honours the memory of an individual, either living or deceased, on the Donor's behalf.

The plaques will remain the property of the Museum, and will be displayed in an appropriate and dignified manner. The donor will also be eligible for a tax receipt for the $160.00 donation.
